REFUND POLICY

At Assignment Master, we make sure to provide high-quality services to our clients and our writers are also very keen about the satisfaction of the customer. But in case of any major disappointment and issue, our customers can ask for the refund of their money in the following terms and conditions.

Before claiming the refund, you are requested to go through our refund policy. Below are the important points of the policy.

Late Orders:

At Assignment Master, we make sure to deliver the quality work within the given deadline. However, if the delay ever happens with the delivery of the order, then feel free to contact our customer support department to discuss the issue. If you don’t find the reason genuine behind the delay of order then Assignment Master would not step back in making a refund.

  • If the deadline has passed and assignment written by the Assignment Master is of no use then you can make a claim for full refund and we will provide you with full refund of the payment, but this is only considerable if the submission date has been passed and the assignment was delivered late by the company.
  • Also note, if the assignment has been submitted late due to the delay from the company and the teacher has deducted few marks due to late submission then only a certain amount of money would be refunded. Also, you would have to submit the proof of marks deduction due to late submission.
Low quality of paper:

The quality of the paper written by the writers of the Assignment Master is always high and top-notch but if it is not then we provide the option of revision. You can get the work revised and all the errors would be fixed and there will not be any refund. However, the refund could be made on the basis of following conditions.

  • If the paper is completely plagiarized- we check the assignments with the Turnitin and make sure to provide the plagiarism report as well. If in case, you find the plagiarism then you would have to submit the proof, if it would be genuine, you can give us a chance to revise. However, if the revision is not possible due to deadline then we will provide you with full refund.
  • If the quality of the paper is not making the client satisfy- the writers at the Assignment Master are keen to produce the high quality work as per the given direction of the customers but if you are not satisfied with the work then you can claim back for the refund. You can also ask for the revision of the work as we provide unlimited free revision for 4 weeks. Kindly note, if you are using the revisions, refund will not be applicable after that.
  • If the client is not satisfied even after the revisions, we make sure to analyze the paper and identify the right amount for the refund. If the assignment has been submitted, the refund would not be applicable.
  • If the client is being given with the drafts during the finalization of the assignment, it is highly requested to check the quality of the paper and notify us instantly. The refund will be made if the issues remain the same in the final paper and the quality of paper is affected. However, if the customer will not identify the issues right in the beginning and would be using them in the end for the refund then no refund will be made.
Non-delivery and incomplete paper:

Non-delivery or the delivery of incomplete paper never happens at Assignment Master. However, if it happens and the client receives the incomplete paper and the customer support also don’t respond within two business days, the client can make a claim for complete refund.

Wrong charges:

Sometimes, the technical glitches can cause trouble and there could be double and additional payment deduction from the customer.

  • 1) In the case of additional charges, the client is recommended to instantly inform the customer support team with the proof of two receipts so we could make full refund of the additional amount.
  • 2) Most of the times, the technical glitches are from the payment company. Here the client is advised to solve the matter to avoid double deduction in the future.
Cancellation of the order:

After placing the order if you have got your mind changed, then you can only cancel the order within the 24 hours after placing it. After 24 hours turn-around time, the client cannot cancel the order as the writer start working over the task.

If you have cancelled the order within the 24 hours then you claim for full refund. Also, you can change the assignment with the same pricing package instantly.

Not securing the desired grade:

At Assignment Master, we guarantee the quality not the grade. If you aim to achieve A-plus in the paper and want the Assignment Master writer to guarantee it, then this is not possible. We offer the clients with the best quality of work along with excellent formatting, structure, and grammar. But we cannot guarantee the grade because it is dependent on the overall performance of the student throughout the semester.

Failed paper:

At Assignment Master, it is not possible to fail the paper firstly. However if this type of rare case happens and you fail the paper written by our experienced writers then you can make the claim for refund within the next three weeks. The time period for this type of claim starts from the date of the submission of your assignment.

You would have to show the proof of the failure of the assignments written by our experienced writers. In this case, we will make a 50% failure because the writers are always paid in advance so it is not possible to take the payment back from them. Please note that any claim made after the three weeks will not be catered to.

Refund claim method:

In case of any refund or the double charge technical issue, the customers are highly advised to get in touch with the customer support department so we would be able to take an action instantly. The refund claim can only be made within the three weeks after the paper has been submitted to you.

At Assignment Master, we strictly prohibit our valuable clients to involve any third party i.e. PayPal, credit card provider, or legal authorities.

Refund period:

The refund period is the time span that is allowed to make a claim of refund. The refund period is of three weeks. This time period starts right from the day of the customer’s order deadline till the last day of the following three weeks. The claim that would be made after the three weeks will not be accepted at Assignment master.

Chargeback:

Chargeback is strictly not allowed by assignmentmaster.ca. Our valuable customers are recommended to get in touch with the 24/7 available friendly customer support department to resolve any issue. In the case of chargeback, the customer would be considered as the fraudulent on the systems. Moreover, if we found any individual taking wrongful advantage of our service then we are open to take the legal actions.

Refund proceeding and finalization:

A minimum of at least 48 hours is taken to analyze the claim by QAD and to provide the reports to approve refund. Our potential customers at this point are requested to stay patient and let the department work on the process. When the refund would be approved, the payment will be made within the next 24 hours.

  • The refund is only made if the above mentioned terms and conditions are being satisfied and the QAD approves the claim.
  • Full refund is directly equal to 90% of the total amount that is paid. The 10% deduction is transaction cost paid to the payment gateway company plus the service charges.
